Most of what I know about AI in marketing, I learned by shipping it.

I'm Eduard Dziak, Head of Marketing at ZIK Analytics, based in Kuala Lumpur. I run growth end to end, from paid acquisition, performance marketing, SEO and AI search to lifecycle and the measurement underneath all of it, and this site is where I write down what the work teaches me.

Eduard Dziak

How I got here.

I started in marketing as an intern at Avast in Czechia, which taught me early that a channel is only as good as the thinking behind it. A few years later I moved to Malaysia and spent five years at Agile Dynamics Solutions running enterprise demand generation for Microsoft Dynamics 365 across APAC, in Malaysia, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam and Australia, where the sales cycles were long, the buyers were technical, and there was no room for marketing that could not be tied to pipeline.

Alongside that I advised enterprises rolling out Dynamics 365, which is where I learned how differently marketing behaves when it has to survive an implementation, a procurement cycle, and a sceptical internal team.

From 2021 I advised a handful of US small businesses in solar, auto services and home services on SEO and paid acquisition, running the audits, setting the strategy across Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn and Meta Ads, building their paid account structures and helping with website updates, messaging and positioning, then staying on for a few months to review their teams' work. They found me through my YouTube channel and my blog, and that work is what brought me to DocuClipper.

I ran that blog, B2BDigitalMarketers.com, from 2020 to 2025. The domain has since expired and is no longer mine, so nothing published there now comes from me.

Then came B2B SaaS. At DocuClipper I built and led the inbound engine with a team of two, which meant every decision had to be the right one, because there was no capacity for a bad quarter, and that constraint is the best thing that ever happened to my judgment about what actually moves a number.

Now I own growth at ZIK Analytics, where I lead a team of eleven, three of them managers. Across DocuClipper and ZIK most of my marketing has gone into the US, the UK, the EU and other tier-1 markets such as Australia, across paid, SEO, lifecycle and the website, after the APAC years at Agile Dynamics Solutions. A real part of my week goes to AI search, working out how a product gets found and cited inside answer engines, and that work, with the AI-supported workflows behind it, is most of what I write about here.

Four things I keep coming back to, whichever channel I happen to be working in.

AI belongs inside the workflow

A clever prompt only turns into adoption when it has a place in the process, an owner, reliable inputs, and a review step, and without those it stays a demo that one person can run.

Judgment stays with people

Speed is easy to buy and quality is not. I use AI to remove the work nobody should be doing by hand, and keep the decisions, the positioning, and the accountability with the team.

Measure the outcome, not the activity

Most marketing arguments are really measurement arguments. I would rather spend a week fixing tracking than a quarter defending a number nobody trusts.

Channels connect or they leak

Paid, organic, content, and lifecycle are one system with four entrances, so if you run them separately you pay for the same audience several times over.

Head of Marketing, ZIK Analytics

Growth end to end, across paid, SEO, AI search, email, the website, and the conversion tracking underneath it, leading a team of eleven, three of them managers, and marketing into the US, the UK, the EU and other tier-1 markets. I rebuilt the tracking first, and the paid account then turned profitable.

Apr 2025 to Present

Marketing Director, DocuClipper

Built and led the inbound engine with a team of two, across SEO, content, paid, attribution, and partnerships, marketing mostly into the US, the UK and Australia. Multi-channel attribution cut the optimisation cycle from a week to a day.
